A hands on technical architect who can draft & own the high level solution for a delivering a contact centre solution for an financial service business, working closely with our delivery leads, Telephony solution and infrastructure suppliers.
The background we are looking for will be:
+ Experience with Avaya, especially Cloud.
+ Verint for WFM and call recording.
+ Pega CTI.
+ Voice integration, over SIP and in the cloud.
Generally, work with 3rd Party telephony solution supplier and keep them on the straight and narrow.
Oversee and assure infrastructure design and implementation.
Ensure that technical dependencies are aligned and that expectations are sensible
