ABOUT THE ROLE

Across the last 2 years, our Client has been engaged on a huge digital transformation to expand their reach, presence and reputation to a wider audience and now have online services which are available 24/7.

Our Client is a big user of Oracle products and has been migrating over to a heavily customised version of Oracle Service Cloud. To support their future aspirations and growth plans, we are supporting this Client in the recruitment of a Senior Oracle Service Cloud Developer to take ownership over the continued development and enhancement of their robust CRM application.

This role will be responsible for working on a range of small to large-scale projects across the organisation, and will mainly be tasked with developing navigation sets, workspace designs, workflows and user profiles as well as collaborating with Oracle themselves on more complex upgrades. You will act as the in-house expert/SME for all things Oracle Service Cloud!

As well as the above, your day will be extremely varied, and you would also be involved in:

Lead on the design of integrations and ongoing enhancements of Service Cloud, building CPMS and scripts with implementing best practice and standards to the agile development team

Work closely with business stakeholders and volunteers across the UK to identify needs and gaps within Service Cloud

Configuring ongoing change of Oracle Service Cloud including Data Modelling and Reporting (OBIEE, SSRS/SQL) etc

Provider mentorship to Junior Developers and Support Staff across the organisation

Work closely with the Software Test Analysts throughout all phases of the Test Lifecycle

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Above all, passionate about the charitable sector

Experience developing solutions in Oracle Service Cloud

Knowledge of reporting technologies such as OBIEE/SSRS/SQL would be advantageous

Exposure to Methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
