The Direct Marketing Team in Mind is ambitious and fast-growing that over the last year has developed award-winning campaigns and products. The rapid growth of the team means that we are now looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Officer to manage our acquisition programme.

You’ll be given the freedom to develop, plan and implement the programme’s budget as well as managing its campaigns. You’ll manage and coach Direct Marketing Officers and be responsible for developing new as well as an existing range of channels and products including; DRTV, door-drops, inserts, digital campaigns and our regular giving product Pause.

Organised and with an eye for detail you’ll be a people person who will build positive relationships across the organisation and manage suppliers effectively, you will also be a problem solver with the flexibility to cope with change and competing priorities.

We want you to unleash your direct marketing fundraising experience and realise fully your marketing knowhow and creativity.
