Sales Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Sales Development professional with exceptional communication skills, strong capabilities and skills in account development. This position lays the foundation for a successful high-growth sales career and there is a clear and defined growth path for the right person who is willing to learn, work hard, and succeed.

Full training will be provided so prior industry experience is not a requirement. This role offers a commission structure that is leaps and bounds beyond the typical business, benefits and incentive compensation but due to high growth, exceptional career opportunity and increased earning potential exists.

What you’ll do:

* Qualify leads

* Conduct outbound calls

* Set up meetings for our senior execs and sales teams to convert business

What you’ll train to do:

* Prospecting and targeting strategic accounts to secure meetings

* Collaborate closely with Field Sales and Inside Sales teams

* Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle

* This will also include Nurture marketing leads by educating and developing prospects

* Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars

* Ensure successful follow through of Sales cycle

What gives you an edge:

* Successful experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in IT technology

* Extremely self-motivated and self-sufficient with a strong work ethic

* History of over-achievement

* Proven capabilities and skills in account development, opportunity qualification and time and territory management
