:QA – VOIP Test Analyst – VOIP Quality Assurance – Automation
A leading UK telecoms service provider is looking for an experienced VOIP QA or Test Analyst. They are the market leaders in providing hosted telephony services and are launching a range of newly developed telephony applications and need an experience QA to assist in the functional testing of the VOIP products.
Experience working in a telecom domain, hosted PBX, Contact Centre etc with a strong understanding of underlying protocols – SIP, RTP, WebRTC, ICE, STUN, TURN. Knowledge of any of the automation testing frameworks. Comfortable working in a Linux environment. Expertise with a modern automation tool, for example Selenium, Appium, Xcode etc. Knowledge of Web automation and API Testing. Ability to develop automation scripts using Python or similar.
- Knowledge of any of the version control software eg. Git/SVN.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools.
- Good to have:
- Load testing experience
- Experience of multiple tools, languages and agile methods advantageous(Scrum and Kanban)
- Experience of working with cloud computing platforms/services eg. AWS
