From product marketing to sales enablement, SaaS to customer success (and more) we’ve built and grown global communities from scratch and now we’re on an unstoppable mission to scale them – at pace.
If you want hands-on business experience within a high-growth start-up, there’s no better place.
Our pioneering membership and education plans, virtual festivals, research, live broadcasts, newsletters, podcasts, and articles engage members from the world’s largest companies and most exciting start-ups. Think TikTok, Microsoft & Peloton
What you’ll do:

Work hard and smart. This will be the toughest and most rewarding internship you’ll ever have.
Gain experience in everything from sales, marketing, research, event production, digital content creation, and community management, and it doesn’t stop there.
If you earn it (and you should), you’ll have more autonomy and responsibility than any other internship.
Test your initiative and develop leadership, time management, and organisational skills, in a fast-paced start-up environment

This might be the internship for you if…

You’re wondering if a start-up environment is somewhere you could thrive.
You want the chance to take ownership of tasks and see them through.
Seeing the results of your hard work and how it affects business outcomes excites you.
Your chance to evaluate a variety of career paths as you work alongside sales, marketing, customer support, event, management, product and engineering teams is an opportunity too good to miss
Highly structured corporate schemes don’t appeal to you- a fun, fast-paced, supportive, and social team is more your speed.

What we ask:
If you have the commitment and work ethic, we have the tools to teach and support you.
If the below sounds like you, get in touch.

You’ve graduated recently, perhaps in the last two years and you’re looking for some commercial experience or you’re looking to dive straight into the world of work fresh from highschool.
You have some experience with work, volunteering, extra-curricular programs, or have a side hustle.
You’re an extraordinary teammate always willing to offer support and take on new challenges.
You’re tech-savvy – we use a lot of different apps and while we’ll obviously onboard you on each, we’re looking for a quick learner who can show us a thing or two.
You are legally entitled to work in the UK on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship.
You’re able to commute to our London HQ Monday-Friday.

This is a paid, full-time internship for 6 months.
Prove yourself and there’s a good chance you’ll be asked back for short-term projects, fast-tracked on to our graduate scheme, or offered a permanent role in an area of the business that you’d like to specialise in.
The start date is flexible, but we’ll prioritize applicants who are ready to start in January.
No long application forms, or assessment centers.
