Are you ambitious? Want to progress, earn and develop within a international IT and tech headhunting firm?
We are working with an amazing recruitment company based in Gloucestershire who recruit into the tech and IT spaces both in the UK and Europe. They have ended 2020 in a strong position with a massive increase in their European business and are looking to hire multiple graduates to start at the end of lockdown.
They have just expanded and modernized their office space, for when everyone can return post lockdown, which now includes a relaxing coffee-shop inspired kitchen and a games area with table tennis, pool and games consoles!
Dedicated one-on-one training from the directors of the company who have been training grads for a long time and will provide regular external training courses.
Progression – clear progression paths and promotions are based on your workload and hard work!
Money – 20-22K basic salary and with their impressive uncapped commission structure you will earn 30-35K in your first year, but it’s really the 2nd and 3rd that will bring in the earning potential. Third-year earnings will be 70K+ (with a lot of hard work).
Other incentives – monthly lunch clubs, gym membership and once travel is resumed you will also benefit from regular company parties (planning on going to Bristol’s the wave later this year), free breakfast and company trips abroad to Las Vegas and Marbella to name a few!
You will join the company as a trainee graduate recruitment consultant, and for the first 6-9 months, you will work with the directors and senior consultants on their live roles by sourcing (finding) candidates, using multiple, cutting edge platforms that they will provide.
After your initial training period, you choose what area in their specialism of IT and tech that interests you and will start conducting business development (sales) to win business and run the entire recruitment process yourself.
They are looking for graduates who are ambitious and want to work hard in a sales-focused role.
Living in the Gloucestershire area or would look at relocation but only with real ties to the area.
