We are working with an established recruitment brand that have been hugely successful in the provision of permanent, interim, contract and temporary recruitment services across professional services industries such as public sector, accounting & finance, HR, change management, law, technology and strategy consulting with offices across the UK.
This is a unique opportunity within the company to join their Brighton office, which contains a highly experienced team of consultants. They are looking to hire two graduates who will headhunt within the HR or finance markets and shadow consultants that are billing 250k yearly.
Basically, you’ll get to feel like you are joining a smaller, experience and close-knit company with all the benefits, progression, training and security of a larger firm.
You’ll join one of their teams in a supporting role for the existing consultants by finding and networking with the best candidates in the markets. This means you can’t be afraid to pick up the phone and make calls to create opportunities, especially as they encourage creating your own way of working.
Afterwards, you’ll progress into a full consultant role where you’ll take more client responsibility and manage accounts directly.
One on one training from experience consultants as well as a full training program with opportunities to work and train in other offices within the company (paid for by them)
Flexible working – 2 days in office and 3 working from home, flexi-time (aren’t strict start times), no KPI’s or micro managing

Earning – 25K basic and a uncapped commission scheme with extra bonuses on top. A very realistic 30K+ in your first year.
Confident communication skills, comfortable with making sales calls
