GRB are working with an exciting life science recruitment company that are looking to take their first cohort of graduates into the business for summer starts. They work within the international life science advisory sector, placing executives (with £100K+ salaries) within corporate strategy, market access, HEOR and specialist consultancies.

The Role
You’ll work in a delivery position, which means that you’ll be finding and meeting with some of the best talent in their markets.

Working one-on-one with the directors of the company, you’ll have live vacancies to work on from day one
No cold calling because of the level they headhunt (recruit) at, so you’ll be setting up meetings with very senior candidates, with an aim to really understand their experience and matching them to the correct positions
Building a network of candidates and establishing your own relationships with their clients
Learning their markets, collecting market intelligence and business leads


Really relaxed culture, not corporate and they are looking for the graduates who are entering the company to help develop their culture
One-on-one training with the directors of the company who have years worth of experience developing trainees internationally
Working with global firms and international recruitment projects, opportunities for international travel, when COVID allows
Incentives: Annual trip abroad (planning on Vegas later this year), dinners, days out, cash prizes, sports teams – lots of ideas for incentives are still being developed
Competitive commission structure that allows you to earn up to 40% of deals (which can be up to £75K in value). Your OTE for your first year would be £35K but with the potential to earn more!


Open to any degree group, with a 2:2 or equivalent minimum
You must be curious to learn
Strong communication skills, confident when speaking to executives with over 10 years of experience
Ambitious to earn and progress
An interest in the life science industries
Competitive – examples could be in work (commission based role), degree, sports or other interests


Life science degree (or equivalent) or backgrounds are desired
