This is amazing graduate opportunity to join a fast-moving start up recruitment company at ground level.
They are a very specialist life science recruitment company that headhunt across the CDMO industry from senior to executive level internationally in Europe and the US. With their ambitious growth plans and strong client-base, they are looking to hire a proactive graduate in their Redhill office who wants to be an integral part of expanding the company.

You’ll join the company under the mentorship of both the directors in a candidate generation focused role.
Responsibilities:

Learning the CDMO and wider life science markets by conducting market research
Screening and qualifying candidates for their live vacancies
Attending client meetings
Managing interview processes

After 6 months, you’ll develop into a full consultant position with more client responsibility and the opportunity to manage your own projects and bring in new business.
Requirements

Degree-level education with a 2:1 or equivalent minimum
Confident communication skills
Evidence of working hard in customer-facing positions, sales, academics, sports etc.
Ambitious and excited to work in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Living in a commutable distance from Redhill
