Running an independent desk
After three months you’ll graduate from their academy to become a full recruitment consultant, where you’ll choose an area within life sciences to specialise in. This will include a basic salary pay rise to £24K.
Degree-level education or equivalent – life science degrees and backgrounds are desired
Evidence of working hard in previous positions – this can be sales, retail, events, any type of commercial position
Able to work in Redhill
