a variety of different means. You’d primarily use electronic communication (e.g. GitHub, StackOverflow,
LinkedIn, Reddit) to engage with the talent and then line up a conversation to discuss their career, suitable
roles and get them signed onto the platform.
You may after your time as a talent scout move into more of a business development role, engaging with clients pitching the services of the platform and company and working towards smashing your targets.
Outside of this you’d be working with the development team to optimise the platform and ask questions
Huge selling point is the freedom in which they allow you to work, there’s no unhelpful KPI’s, no call times (there isn’t even a phone at your desk), they have full app integration so everything you need is available whenever you want it!
£22.5K basic salary + chance to earn an extra £10K in your first year once you’ve hit your targets
Company wide events
Chance to grow within a business that is really going places
What You Need
Intelligence, tenacity and inquisitiveness – they ask really important questions from an optimisation perspective every day so it’s really important you’re able to add value
Great communication skills, you need to be able to effectively communicate both electronically, verbally and face-to-face within this role
Great work-ethic, as with all newer businesses it’s important everyone is able to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in to any task that may need doing – there’s a lot of structure and the training is great but adaptability is also key
