Graduate Recruitment Researcher – £21-25K + Commission

The Company
Recipients of health investor’s prestigious ‘Recruiter of the Year’ award, they are the go-to provider of board-level talent (headhunting) for the health, social care, life science and specialist education industries, specifically in the private (equity and corporate), independent and third sectors.
They are looking to bring a ambitious graduate into the company for immediate and 2022 starts.
The Role

Provide research support for live mandates and other market-mapping projects
Proactively expand your market knowledge through events attendance, access to all leading market literature and an unrivalled team of consultants who have first-rate market knowledge
Engage with proactive and prospective candidates depending on the needs of the client through general head hunting activities

What They Are Looking For

A recent graduate with 2:1 or above in any degree group (or equivalent)
The drive to work hard and earn
Strong communication skills that will allow you to hold your own when speaking to very experienced candidates and clients
A genuine interest in recruitment and executive search that you can demonstrate in interview process
