Joining this successful global business, you will join a diverse team in a bustling office analysing internal HR systems and processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. You’ll also get involved in projects and the implementation of new internal systems with lots of contact with the French head office.
A key focus of the role is the analysis of internal systems and HR structures. You will be using Excel regularly to input and analyse data to make commercial reports before submitting plans and recommendations to various stakeholders within the business.
This role will include fantastic training and progression including access to further qualifications.
A 2:1 degree or equivalent within a relevant subject e.g. business etc.
Analytical and methodical problem solver
A good level of Excel knowledge
Fluency in French is a bonus but by no means essential
