A FinTech start-up, based in the heart of London. They design and develop applications to allow investors to make better informed investment decisions through the use of of machine learning technology focusing on behavioral analytics.
You will join the client services team, where you will deliver projects and services to key clients. The role is focused on delivering exceptional client service across data driven projects. You can expect to:
Manage the client onboarding process
Verify the accuracy and validity of financial data using in house tools and relevant technologies
Resolve data issues and handle conflicts in client data
Work with the product and research teams to improve the platform for end users
Assist with the testing of upgrades and enhancements to the platform to ensure it is ready for clients
This is a growth stage start-up and as such you can expect to assist other teams across the business with key deliverables to ensure the company continues to meet its growth targets.
**What We Are Looking For **
You will be a date driven individual with an interest in finance and investments. You do not need to be an expert in all data related technologies but an understanding of SQL and Python is highly advantageous. in addition you should:

Be a collaborative with a a desire to help teams across the business
Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Be experienced producing written reports and presentations
Have an understanding of financial markets and investments
