Graduate Account Manager
An opportunity has come up for a bright, entrepreneurial and responsible graduate to join the business in an account management role, looking to increase sales across existing, dormant and new clients. This is an office-based role in Epsom, Surrey:

Using a varied mix of sales techniques such as social media, LinkedIn, e-mailing, following inbound leads, speaking to old clients, existing customers and reaching out to new prospects (yes some cold calling, but not loads!)
NO KPIS! You will not be micro-managed and will be treated like an adult. You will be targeted on hitting quarterly profit margin targets but how you get there is up to you
Great exposure to other parts of the business including supply chain, marketing and product management
Progression; all about learning, developing and increasing skills and responsibilities. they do not worry about job titles
£22-24K base salary to start with and commission should take this to £27-29K in year one

Degree qualified
Fluent in English AND Polish
