Are you someone that enjoys working in a busy environment and possess excellent customer service and IT skills?

This role involves working as a Senior Technician, visiting customers across Surrey to carry out fault finding and resolving their IT issues in a professional and timely manner. You will have opportunities to learn about device builds, new hardware and software and be involved in exciting new projects.

The Surrey IT & Digital – Service Hub User Experience team is looking to enable and support its customers during Surrey’s journey to work more flexibly and agile. We are looking for an experienced technician to provide hardware and software support to our customers, who carry out their jobs using laptops, desktops, ThinClients, iPhones and iPads across Microsoft, Apple and Citrix environments. You will need to respond quickly to incidents, service requests, prioritise your own workload and work as part of a team to achieve your targets. You will be required to provide out of hours support on a rotational basis.
