We’re looking for a seasoned and empathetic problem-solver, with tons of experience in building effective products and services, to help us deliver the best experience possible for the people we help and our supporters.
We’re building a charity for and with our users with products and services that are relevant and a pleasure to use. We want to solve problems in a coherent, meaningful and delightful way for people.
You’ll be leading an agile team that is dedicated to user research, content, design and product management, as well as working with a developer, our data team, our Brand team and other colleagues from across the organisation. Your work here will shape the way that people interact with the charity.
You will be joining the charity at a pivotal moment, with a new strategy, a new brand and a new website all about to be realised.
