As a First Line IT Analyst, your duties will include:
Being the first point of contact for the IT Service Desk – gathering/following up information, if required;
Correctly prioritising incoming incidents and requests; escalating matters to the 2nd Line Team, as needed;
Responding to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and face-to-face, whilst updating the IT system;
Tracking issues to resolution, updating the internal knowledge base and/or communicating learnings to the relevant business units and IT Team;
Preparing and maintaining IT hardware, including; desktops, laptops, iPads, iPhones and other mobile devices; and
Installing approved software, as required.
Prerequisites for this position are as follows:
Proven experience within a help-desk/support position. Salary upto £22,000 mon – friday
A full UK driving licence (preferable but not essential).
