CPD Online (CPDO) was launched in 2006, and now hosts more than 220 interactive learning modules and 130 podcast modules. The content is aimed primarily at consultant-level psychiatrists and aims to serve the CPD needs of College members. CPD Online is widely distributed among individual and institutional users in the UK, along with many more in Australia and New Zealand, as well as The Netherlands.
Trainees Online (TrOn) launched in June 2014 to support trainee psychiatrists preparing for the MRCPsych examinations. Anyone registered with the College as a trainee, member or affiliate has free access to the modules, as well as Student Associates and Foundation Doctor Associates. There are also a small number of paid subscribers who do not qualify for free access.
The eLearning Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the eLearning team including the management of the CPD Online and Trainees Online mailboxes and responding to queries in a professional and timely manner. You will also be responsible for the processing of daily subscription data and preparing monthly data usage reports. Management of our social media platform is also pivotal to this role as we look to boost our marketing opportunities whilst monitoring their effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and administrative skills, possess a positive and friendly attitude, and be able to prioritise their workload.
