Customer Experience Specialist.
Based in Paris, France.

Optionally, the role could be based out of Obernai or Frankfurt, to suit the successful candidates preferences.

The CX Specialist will ensure a unique and delightful customer experience. Your mission will be to plan and manage the execution of digital and offline programs designed to improve our Customer’s Experience all over Europe.


Understand the customer.
Building a customer strategy by understanding customers’ needs and behaviors. Describe main personas and typical customer journeys by identifying touchpoints and common pains and gains for different markets.

Create a customer vision & identify the right solution.
Be in charge of a customer journey map, develop and drive initiatives that will increase the customer satisfaction.

Run projects.
Gather people from different countries together, make them working together, identify common levers and make that happen by using agile methodologies.

Manage stakeholders.
Partner with our content factory, our digital factory and local Marketing teams. Collect insights and analyse data by liaising closely with our Customer Intelligence Department.

The ideal Customer Experience Specialist:

Bachelor’s Degree, min. 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably consumer insights

Project Management skills, workshop facilitation skills, self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

Experience in working in a multinational environment, used to deal with different cultures

High level of energy to inspire, engage and embark people on your projects

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills, strong and attentive listening skills

Ability to collect and analyse data and situations and draw appropriate conclusions

Affinity to digital tools and ecosystems

English fluent, German and/or French is a plus
