This role requires experience and understanding of CRM/Cloud-based infrastructure and migration projects, who understands how business infrastructure works and can support the business.

Fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing Cloud services provider in CRM/Dynamics architecture position. My client work in pods of 3 including a consultant, PM and architect and this position is the last piece of their current pod they are hiring..

My client are project led and work on the best/most exciting projects in this space.

Your Responsibilities

Client environments will vary in size, complexity, industry sector and working arrangements, the scope of each program will vary.

Flexibility of approach is required in carrying out responsibilities, including:

Glue between technical and sales
Writing technical proposals
Lead Design workshops for transformation projects
Ability to design out the box solutions and think outside the box to provide customer with complex bespoke solutions
Delivering projects to a very high standard including documentation and handover workshops to users
Supporting business development and pre-sales activities including demos and proposal writing
80% work from home
Travelling across UK to deliver solutions at client site.

Experience required

The candidate needs to be very well versed in the architecture of highly available core components of CRM, Dynamics, SQL, Java, C#, Azure, ideally exposure to Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS. Able to produce an accurate level of design so that the transition into consultancy/implementation is smooth and easy for customers to read and understand

General skills

Can demonstrate initiative, resourceful, highly self-motivated and goal orientated
Experience in a consultancy/architecture or customer facing sales role
An intelligent, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Excellent relationship building skills with clients and colleagues
First class written and verbal communication skills
The ability to effectively prioritize, focus and deliver work within agreed timescales to the highest standards
The resilience to approach challenging issues with a positive and fresh outlook.
