Pure are supporting a well-known legal firm with a regional presence. Working directly with the Head of IT, we are hiring a CRM Administrator to write, develop and implement CRM changes for the firms key systems – these are MS Dynamics based. You will sit within a team of small team of 8 and work with all levels of stakeholders.

There is an option for this role to be on a full-time or part-time basis.

You will be expected to:
• Become a key developer for the two MS Dynamics based systems
• Use your experience to guide on best practice for developments
• Provide analytical and technical investigation as required by the helpdesk
• Design, test and document system requirements
• Analyse and identify possible areas of improvement

Requirements:
• Experience of CRM and MS Dynamics to advanced level
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office suite
• Any legal system experience would be beneficial
• Confidently deliver support to all members of staff up to board level

This role will be based in Bishops Stortford with some ad-hoc regional travel. A driving license and access to own car is essential.
