About the role
We are looking for an experienced Creative & Brand Lead to oversee our in-house creative team, and lead on all areas of our brand to ensure we create highly engaging, creative content that captures our audience’s imagination and achieves stand out in a crowded market.
As a key member of our busy marketing department, no two days will be the same in this varied and fast paced role. You could be leading brainstorms for fundraising appeals one day and working on the evolvement of our brand the next. Leading a team of six, with responsibility for creative agencies and freelancers you’ll be our go-to brand expert, overseeing workflow across the team to ensure we produce high quality, engaging content that resonates with our key audiences.
To be successful, you’ll have experience of managing creative teams. Whether that’s in-house or at an agency, you’ll understand creative processes and use your experience to embed ways of working that best deliver creative outputs. You’ll understand how to creatively interpret briefs to ensure your team can create and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that achieve brand and marketing objectives. And finally, you’ll be passionate and confident about leading on and developing national brands.
