Boris Johnson released the Government’s Covid Winter Plan yesterday which maps out new coronavirus rules for after lockdown 2.

The plans have revealed that when the national lockdown ends on December 2 the nation will then go back into a tiered system depending on their Covid-19 rates.

Tier 1 is classed as places on a medium alert, tier 2 is high alert and tier 3 is classed as very high alert.

Each tier will have a different set of rules, however, there are some rules that will remain the same across the board.

Shops, personal care, gyms and leisure centres will now be allowed to reopen regardless of tier along with weddings, and outdoor sports being allowed.
