We are looking for an Account Manager who will be fully accountable for the delivery of all services within their own portfolio of clients. You’ll have the autonomy to build the service delivery model you find most suitable, including setting relevant KPIs and SLAs. It will be down to you to make the account a real success, by ensuring your contracts are expanded out and reach maximum revenue potential.
You’ll have experience in developing relationships within cross-functional areas and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and revenue targets.
Whilst you won’t have any direct reports, you’ll ensure everyone associated with your accounts delivers what’s required. No two days will be the same in this role, there’ll be no set structure or routine as this will be a new contract and, you’ll get to work the contract the way you feel it should be run. It’ll be challenging building relationships via video links due to the current climate, but you’ll adapt to this and with your interpersonal ability, drive and tenacity, will make it a success.
We’re looking for someone who is open, honest, organised and methodical. You’ll have integrity delivering on what you say you will deliver and have excellent communication and engagement skills as you develop an understanding of your client requirements and deliver against these. You’ll have strong commercial acumen, ideally from within a Facilities Management, Retail or Logistics environment.

Salary: up to £50k dependent on experience and skillset
