An Operations/Account Manager opportunity has arisen to join this fast paced company in a period of exciting change and growth.
Atalian Servest are seeking to recruit an experienced Manager from the FM / Cleaning industry, with experience of managing teams of staff in multiple site locations. The role is to oversee the service delivery for our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of service delivery, personal development, and key achievements in their career to date. Dynamism, resourcefulness, flexibility, effective budget controls, procedural compliance, as well as the ability to drive quality and performance pro-actively are all essential attributes required to succeed in this demanding and high pressure role. Job Description Overview:
-Establish a thorough understanding of the site specification for your site and monitor the frequencies of all activities
-Ensure all audits are completed within the timescales given and review audit results within the timescale agreed by customer.
-Review of the specification on a regular basis alongside the site supervisor/manager and obtain evidence of the specification is being met
-Check all plant, equipment and machinery on site regularly and report on any defects / repairs required.Ensure it is maintained as per maintenance contracts.
-Monitor and review the service standards by walking the sites with the site supervisor/manager and store manager
-Health and safety requirements are met according to the site manual.
-Agree action plans with site supervisor/manager to correct any poor audit scores
-Establish and maintain a weekly travel plan
-Control the hours budget for each site with the site supervisor/manager reviewing the spend each week
-Liaise with Human Resources / Payroll and Operations teams at Head Office to maintain excellent customer service at site level.
-Control the hours and stock budget for site ensuring to review the spend each week and address issues.
-Identify opportunities to expand business on sites through organic growth.
-Ensure that you complete and submit timesheets / holiday and sickness forms within the given timescales.
-Work with HR to effectively carry out disciplinaries and grievance hearings.

-Experience in similar position and capacity.
