1st Line Support – Finance Systems
Based Kentish Town

To play a crucial role within the Financial Systems Team providing support to the end users and assisting the wider Financial Systems Team in delivering implementation projects for new and improved functionality for systems which fall in their remit.

Responsible for delivering first line support within the Financial Systems team for a number of key business systems. Work collaboratively within the Financial Systems team and the wider IT department to deliver projects. Maintain appropriate governance, in terms of compliance with business processes and procedures, helping to subsequently drive continuous improvement and best practice. Identifying CSF’s and developing KPI’s to enable monitoring of new processes/services to ensure continual improvement and efficiencies are being achieved.

* Provide first line support of systems within the Financial Systems team remit
* Review, assign and maintain Financial System team user requests, issues and changes within the IT Service Management tool
* Implement sprint reviews of outstanding user requests, issues and changes with the rest of the Financial Systems team
* Produce periodic reports for key business functions on the latest status of outstanding user requests, issues and changes relating to their teams
* Issue and revoke user access and accounts across the Financial System team supported business systems, in line with defined business processed and procedures
* Adhere to and promote business request and change management processes
* Review and resolve workflow errors of systems within the Financial Systems team remit

Skills and experience required:
* First line support of an IT System in a well-established business
* Experience of using a Service Management tool
* Go-to personality and good stakeholder management
* Foundation level administration training/qualifications
* ITIL Certification would be desirable
* Experience with Dynamics 2009 or later version might be advantageous, but isn’t a prerequisite
